General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales concluded between:

and any individual or legal entity making a purchase through the website www.geraldine-auret.fr, hereinafter referred to as “the client.”

Placing an order implies the client’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered include paintings, art editions, sculptures, vases, and decorative objects intended for private individuals and professionals, with delivery available in France and internationally.

Each item is presented with a detailed description. Photographs are non-contractual but representative.

Products are available within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability, Géraldine Auret undertakes to inform the client as soon as possible.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery fees.

Géraldine Auret reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

The client places an order on the website by following the indicated steps (add to cart, contact form, validation, payment).

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions. A confirmation email is sent once the order is validated.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online via the available methods (e.g., bank card, wire transfer — to be specified if desired).

The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.

Article 6 – Delivery

Service areas: France and international.

Timeframes: between 7 and 10 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping costs: calculated based on weight, volume, and destination, and displayed before the order is confirmed.

Customs and taxes: outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the client.

Géraldine Auret declines any responsibility for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason.

Returns must be notified by email to: contact@auret.fr

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and at the client's expense.

Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

⚠️ Items excluded from the right of withdrawal: personalized or custom-made pieces, as well as original paintings, cannot be returned or refunded.

Article 8 – Warranties

In accordance with legal provisions, all products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Article 9 – Personal Data

Personal data collected is used solely for order processing, client management, and communications related to the website’s activity.

The client may access, modify, delete, or object to the processing of their data at any time. See the “Privacy Policy.”

Article 10 – Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
